Batman: Arkham city: Games for windows live doesn't pop up!

Hi, I'm here today because I have some problems with Games for Windows Live, or GFWL. I used it for many games, including Arkham Asylum, in which GFWL works fine, but when I try to open up GFWL in Arkham city pressing home, nothing happens. I reinstalled GFWL, updated it, and did all sorts of things, but nothing seems to be working. Any fixes? (Basically, I'm saying that even with GFWL installed, GFWL does not pop up in Arkham City even when I press home button and the "LIVE" button in-game.) Thanks in advance.

I found a way, guys! Turns out this happens when you have a file with a foreign language in your game directory. (Korean, in my case because my parents are Korean) Tried to fix it, it works great now.
