Can't really understand this bs by nokia and more so knowing that nokia introduced USB otg on Nokia n8 before anyone else did!

I feel the OTG is not supported and on windows devices and it will never support henceforth. This is due to sandboxing introduced in WP8 and there is no file manager as well in WP8. also, OTG puts your phone to risk of being infected by virus on USB stick that u intend to connect to phone.

2013-12-05T08:11:35+00:00 Never say never. If WP8 can support SD cards, ie. "external storage", then it should also be able to support USB OTG. Well, from a logical point of view anyway. The potential virus reasoning is no more valid for a memory stick or external hard drive than it is for an SD card.
This is more of a hardware issue than anything else. Hardware allowing a smartphone to become a USB host certainly does exist because many (all?) Symbian^3 devices had it. The question is whether or not it will be incorporated into WP devices at some point in the future and will the necessary drivers be added to the O/S.
