Shut down issue, Task Host Window appears.

original title:  Shut down of Computer

When I shut the computer down a Task Host Window appears and I have to Force the Shutdown, how do I get rid of the Task Host Window?

If I press Cancel, nothing happens and I have to click on Yes to get the computer to Shut down.

    Sorry for taking so long to reply. This following worked for me.

    Open the Settings app then go to Update & Security, select Troubleshoot from the menu on the left and in the right panel click on Run the Troubleshooter.

    Troubleshooter will now start, follow the instructions to complete it.
