Shut down issue, Task Host Window appears.

original title:  Shut down of Computer

When I shut the computer down a Task Host Window appears and I have to Force the Shutdown, how do I get rid of the Task Host Window?

If I press Cancel, nothing happens and I have to click on Yes to get the computer to Shut down.

    Yes mine seems to have resolved itself also. l have some good tips for next time though. Thank you.
