How do I create new folders or delete folders that I don’t want in my Mail app?

The Mail app shows the folders that are configured with each mail account. If you need to create, rename, or delete a folder, sign in to the web service for your account, such as Hotmail, and make the changes there. Any changes you make to folders through your accounts’ web interface will be automatically reflected in Mail the next time you sync the account.

    to John_S_WU, there is no manage folder in Windows 10.

    So does this mean I am stuck with the folders I have. Would it not be better to go back to Windows8
