What does 'possible heap corruption detected' mean, when listed in the Event Viewer?

Should I be concerned about the stability of the system/memory if I see 'possible heap corruption detected' in the Event Viewer.  There are no details listed as to which program might be causing the possible heap corruption.

    Is this event in windows/System or elsewhere? and are no details given in the general tab?

    It's listed in the Event Viewer under WER-Diagnostics.  I have no idea what the following means.

    Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:

    Click Start Menu

    Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)

    Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator

    Expand Custom Views

    Click Administrative Events

    Right click Administrative Events

    Save all Events in Custom View As...

    Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx

    Go to where you saved Errors.evtx

    Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder

    Upload the .zip file to skydrive or a file sharing service and leave a link to it.

    Hello,

    I do not have skydrive and I don't subscribe to a file sharing service.  Do you have an email address that I can send the unzipped folder to, or not?

    Your answer doesn't give me the answer that I am looking for which is:  what does 'possible heap corruption' mean?  Is this a hard question to answer?

    Two of the possible heap corruptions may be to do with Office LiveSignIn.
