What does 'possible heap corruption detected' mean, when listed in the Event Viewer?

Should I be concerned about the stability of the system/memory if I see 'possible heap corruption detected' in the Event Viewer. There are no details listed as to which program might be causing the possible heap corruption.

We have been trying to find out the answer to that question for 5 weeks. We have not found anything to say your computer is infected but, however much you scan, the tools you use are not infallible. Neither can we ascertain why the Windows Security Center fails to detect Panda.

You need to decide:
1. Whether to live with the problem.
2. Change your anti-virus software or
3. Reinstall Windows retaining Panda.

Panda hasn;t been able to offer any solution and I'm still worried that there is a virus attached to IS 2012.
