Can't receive Email from friend

Just recently my friend's e-mail will not come thru and he doesn't get a kicked back message.And also finding others e-mails not coming thru and I have not done any changes.

I am not getting any emails from friends with windows live, but I get tons of junk mail (39 yesterday). I don't have a Hotmail account, so that can't be the problem.  Also, if an email is put in the junk folder and I try to move it to the inbox so I can read it, WLM will move it, and when I open it up, it will put it back in junk before I can read it.  Also, when I move some emails from one folder to another, they completely disappear and can't be found.  This program is garbage, why couldn't you just stay with Outlook which was so simple to use.  I contacted HP and paid $100 for them to help me get these problems fixed, and guess what, I was on the phone with them for 7 (yes, that's right "7") hours, and finally, after being turned over to one "expert" after another, was finally able to receive one test message.  I think this is a government conspiracy to keep us off the internet.  Is there another email program besides Microsoft?  I have a Yahoo acct., but don't want to use that one, although it is easier to use than WLM.

We will be happy to assist you with your concern in receiving an email from that third party domain.

A possible reason why you’re not getting an email from that person is it might be their domain is blocking your Hotmail account. There might be some rules and filter on your Hotmail account that we need to check.

Make sure that on your mailbox it was set to “View All” for us to check all emails on your Inbox. Please check these settings on your Hotmail account like the junk mail folder, email rules. Please refer to this article below for additional references.

However, if after checking the article above we still not able to get that email I advise you to contact that person in another way and inform them to get in touch to their domain administrator  so that they can check or configure some settings in there end.

That aol email account is a friends not mine and they had no bounce message.

The domain I am to receive the 3rd party email from Kim Kommando    lyris.komando.com  is my ******@msn.com

As part of our investigation, please provide us the complete bounce message you received at your @aol.com account when sending an email to your @msn.com account in the private message area.

Also, you've mentioned that you already submitted a form to http://postmaster.live.com regarding this issue, may we ask what is/are the domain addresses that you requested to enable receiving emails from 3rd party email providers.
