Can't install a language pack

Hello,

When i install a language pack, after the download and at the end of the installation progress bar, it says:

The following updates were not installed:

French Language Pack - Windows 8 for x64-based Systems - (KB2607607) [fr-FR_LP]

And there is no information about the error(s).

What can i do ? Is there somewhere i could see a detailed log with possibly more information about errors that occured ?

    This will not help at all, because the system is in a deadlocked state, were no installer works. Also this is about Windows 8

    Here's the solution to the problem: (If anyone of you still has the problem)!

    1- Go to, C:, Windows, SoftrwareDistribution, Downloads, And delete everything.

    2- Try the download/installation of the language pack(s) again, in 9/10 of cases it will work!

    Windows 10 is a bugware. If I did that kind of ""work" for my company i would be fired. Maybe you have too many customers and want to lose some?

    Cannot install through Settings  because the bugware does not give the option, and cannot install through Control Panel because the bugware cannot see that I am connected and cannot download the pack. And of course there are no manual installs for download. I do not mind doing things manually because it takes much less time and nerves than fighting the bugware ''auto updates'' but the packs I have seen cannot be installed manually. You people got an angry customer that may soon become a very angry ex customer.

    Try delete all files in C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
