Can't install a language pack

Hello,

When i install a language pack, after the download and at the end of the installation progress bar, it says:

The following updates were not installed:

French Language Pack - Windows 8 for x64-based Systems - (KB2607607) [fr-FR_LP]

And there is no information about the error(s).

What can i do ? Is there somewhere i could see a detailed log with possibly more information about errors that occured ?

Now most of the batches of PC keep having the same problem,

while I do not have the problem downloading the similar LP yesterday and earlier this morning. There must be some thing wrong on MS site.

I have the same problem too. The irony is, I clone all computers from the same source and only some computers are having this problem while the rest work fine with no glitches. Err, I am frustrated that there is no solution for this problem.
