After awhile Windows 8 keeps logging me out. then I have to click then re-enter my password every time.

How can I disable this?

I only have one user account and will not have any others.

Had the same problem.

Solution: Control Panel/User Accounts/Reset security policies.

I began having this issue three days ago and have already checked all the settings mentioned. I as well do not have the option to reset security policies. What I have found is several Security Events that are written to the log file each time I am logged off and when I log on again. This issue is very frustrating, I could not imagine living with this problem as long as some of the users have.

I have the same problem. I am sick of having to log in every 60 seconds.
