My comments are for those who are unable to conduct themselves in a polite and respectful manner. This website is supposed to be a place where anyone experiencing a problem can look for answers and ask for help. For others it is place where they can share their knowledge or expertise and to help those experiencing problems. This website is not for rude, disrespectful people, with a holier-than-thou attitude to criticize and bash other people. That behavior is inappropriate on this website, so go back to your social networking website, where there is more of your kind and do it there. Please!
Per Stephen S. assistance (thank you again)...
I went to tools, internet options, advanced, reset, reset.........it resolved the issue.
If you have the security settings to delete browsing history and cookies, for some reason lately it signs you out of everything constantly, even if you are in the middle of using a program and not sitting idle.
Hope this helps you as much as it helped me.
In my case I cured the problem as follows.
On my brand new desktop PC I uninstalled the norton security software that came pre installed after which I began to experience the problem of getting the blank screen and then having to enter my password every time. Eventually, having tried all the various suggestions, I discovered an app called "Norton Studio" was still on my system. I uninstalled it and that solved my problem.
Obviously others may have different issues but that was my experience for what it's worth.
Good luck!
