I bought an Acer Iconia W700 and upon using Wi-Fi i noticed that my connection kept getting interrupted. It says i have "Limited" connectivity. I thought it was a temporary server or router problem, but upon further observation ( with my Ipad on the same network) i found out it was only the Iconia who is exhibiting the problem. I complained and had the unit replaced after a day but sadly, the new replacement is having the same problem.

I think I have found a solution to this. In the advanced power settings, go to USB settings and under USB selective suspend setting, disable both for power and battery.
This seems to fix my limited issue. At least, I haven't seen the issue coming back for a while now.
I've tried updating the driver as well and that did not fix my issue.

I just read somewhere that disabling the McAfee Virus program and installing the latest drivers for the WLan has completely solved the 'Limited Wi-Fi Connectivity' issue at least for one W700 owner.

Nope. Uninstalling McAfee doesn't fix the issue for me.
