There are several Chess games in Windows Store but none of them is Chess Titan !!!!
Why is that so ????
What would really help us, is to find a way to download Windows 7 games to Windows 8 !
Have a nice day!

That's not possible. Or more specifically, it's no supported and doing so is "technically" against the license terms of Windows (not that anyone would come knocking on your door if you tried to do it).
Supported scenario: use the store to find a chess game you like, or browse the internet for other chess games that aren't part of the Windows store (there's hundreds if not thousands of choices, so surely you can find one you like).
If you take a look in the Windows Store app, there are several Chess games available there.
You can go to your Start screen by either clicking in the bottom left hand corner or pressing the Windows key, and then go to the Windows Store app.
Once in the Store, you can then search for apps by pressing Windows key + C and click Search in the Charms bar, and search for Chess games from there.
Please keep us posted if you face Windows issue in future. We would be happy to help!
The issue with browsing through the Windows Store app is that presently, the games for Chess are REALLY BAD. It shouldn't be THAT difficult to make Chess Titans for Windows 8. One would think that if Microsoft were to change things around and remove features like the game in question, they would replace it for a better game rather than the games that are available.
John Okamoto's answer is a little condescending. He's suggesting that the chess games currently in the apps store are a good substitute for Chess Titans and then continues very patiently explaining how to access the apps store. As others have noted, the chess games currently in the apps store are not very satisfactory. I've played Chess Titans for years and I really like the feel of this particular game. The apps store games don't come close to experiencing Chess Titans. I was surprised when I learned that Chess Titans was removed from Windows when they advanced to version 8, just as I was surprised and disappointed when they removed Rattlesnake years ago. I really liked Rattlesnake. This is the kind of thing that turns people against Microsoft. Steve Moore
why is chess titans from windows 7 not available for windows 8? The chess games available for windows 8 are rubbish by comparison.
Upgrades are supposed to be an improvement. How many complaints have you had about this?
Are you hearing them?

Three points:
If you want to complain to Microsoft about something, please contact
them directly. Trying to do it here is just a waste of (figurative)
breath.
