can not remove unknown devices in device manager

I reloaded Win 7 Ultimate after doing ALL you sent me.

It is now OK all unknown devices from Network Adaptor are GONE!

Unfortunately you used the expression Speccy earlier, which I mistook for third party software of that name. I now realise that you actually did provide what I asked for.

All the devices giving you grief, except one, are Hot Spot Shields. See below:

I may be cantankerous at times. However, I frequently find users  in these forums fail to read carefully drafted instructions and provide the wrong information. It is frustrating to have to repeat requests so often.

Why start a new one when this is appropriate!

I have 13 unknown devices in my Network Adaptor in Device Manager

Some the are Intel PC drivers and such and I use ALL AMD . PERIOD!!!

How do I get rid of them .

I have tried ALL the suggestions in  this article!

C'mon MICROSOFT give me a FIX  !!!

And make it simple or supply a CMD action to fix it!!

Are you restarting the computer after uninstalling?

Type Device Manager in the Search box above the Start button and press ENTER. Locate and right click on the device and click on Uninstall in the drop down list. Restart your computer.

While you may use only AMD, I suspect that the network controller may be Intel since I have not seen an AMD network controller.

Have you installed all the drivers for your motherboard or computer from the manufacturer?

Step 1: Check if the issue occur on safe mode:

Step 2: If the issue doesn't occur in safe mode then, try to perform a clean boot and check if any third party software is causing the issue.

Method 3:

You make sure that the computer have the latest update for the drivers from the manufacturer website.

Run a Microsoft safety scanner to make sure computer is free from virus infection:

Disclaimer:

If you run the virus scan the program that is infected with virus will get deleted. So you have to reinstall the program. Also if the files and folders are affected with virus then they might even get deleted

AND I Completed a full system scan with the Microsoft safety scanner - no viruses found.

Please try to boot your computer in Safe-Mode and try to uninstall the specified devices from the Device Manager. Some devices can be only uninstalled from Safe-Mode.

This is not finished!

It takes me ALL day to reload Win 7 Ultimate with the updates!

If MICROSOFT knows about this they should issue an UPDATE to FIX It !

I don't want to waste ANOTHER day doing this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
