How do I report SCAM to Microsoft?

HELP! 

   I want to report a phonecall/scam I received - this one last night - supposedly from Microsoft.  I want these crooks nailed to the wall.  I can't figure out how to contact a human in the Microsoft empire to give the specifics I gleaned from my caller.  Hopefully, a Microsoft personage will email me back as this is not my 1st scam by phone (my CELL PHONE!) or by EMAIL from India trying to get me to follow her 7 steps to clearing my laptop of a bunch of "vicious viruses".  I got her name, phone number, web address, etc. 

Please, Microsoft person,contact me so I can turn  my notes over to you to follow up protecting your name & our safety as best as possible and "contend removed: please don't cures  thank you"

    go here,get as much info as you can gather,write down phone numbers and any names or company names that they use,if you know how get as much info on whatever website pages.i gather domain info,codes(if possible)ip addresses,etc.

    If someone was impersonating you would it be your fault?

    Microsoft collects scammers data that you report and refers cases as appropriate to law enforcement. Microsoft is not law enforcement.

    a scammer doesnt help microsofts reputation by any means,so no,if someone impersonates me it doesnt affect me except for the people that depend on me..it works the same for microsoft.it would be a reference to me if i simply allowed it to continue without trying to do something about it,after all,reputation holds a lot of credibilty.i believe everyone knows microsoft isnt law enforcement.

    No need to report to Microsoft (they can't do anything about it). Report it to the Police instead.

    For a police report to be taken is if any personal information (DOB. SSN, credit card and or banking information is given and or a payment submitted to the scammer. You can report it to the FTC and your state Attorney General's office.
