HELP!
I want to report a phonecall/scam I received - this one last night - supposedly from Microsoft. I want these crooks nailed to the wall. I can't figure out how to contact a human in the Microsoft empire to give the specifics I gleaned from my caller. Hopefully, a Microsoft personage will email me back as this is not my 1st scam by phone (my CELL PHONE!) or by EMAIL from India trying to get me to follow her 7 steps to clearing my laptop of a bunch of "vicious viruses". I got her name, phone number, web address, etc.
Please, Microsoft person,contact me so I can turn my notes over to you to follow up protecting your name & our safety as best as possible and "contend removed: please don't cures thank you"

yes, I have been hacked on my home computer.the #that called me was #866-205-6768.I allowed them 2 take over my computer. please help me get this fixed. an turn these people into fbi. they gave me a case # of 1461815 as they hung up. I turned on my trend micro. hope that helped. Please tell me how I can block them from my computer. thank you. thank you
Received several calls from our own phone number saying our Microsoft account has been compromised around the world and they want to help correct issue.they are trying to get important information, several calls yesterday and three today before 10 A.M. Microsoft does NOT call you about this type of issues. Just received my fourth call today from Kathleen.
I just received a call from +1(530) 303-8827 (Placerville Ca.) Saying he is a Microsoft Tech and my computer has been hacked. Called by last name but not first! My response was I would let Microsoft know his number and name Rajhud.

Suzy, I have not had the opportunity to contact a person or human at Microsoft. Unfortunately there are several different people or companies scamming or phishing out there. Some computer generated. here is one that said he is a Microsoft Tech, name Rajhud but didn't understand last name! How can you trust that has no way of showing id, or info that they are indeed from Microsoft? The number 530-303-8827, Placerville, California. Population 10,389 as of 2011? Soon after I received two generated phone calls from within my area code. It's like who can you trust, right?
I took my computer to Geek on Wheels and told them my problems. cost $188.00 plus tax and they installed webroot anti virus. It is includes a year service so if anything happens I'll take it back. I still get calls periodically but computer so far is good. Wish I could help more.
