How do I report SCAM to Microsoft?

HELP! 

   I want to report a phonecall/scam I received - this one last night - supposedly from Microsoft.  I want these crooks nailed to the wall.  I can't figure out how to contact a human in the Microsoft empire to give the specifics I gleaned from my caller.  Hopefully, a Microsoft personage will email me back as this is not my 1st scam by phone (my CELL PHONE!) or by EMAIL from India trying to get me to follow her 7 steps to clearing my laptop of a bunch of "vicious viruses".  I got her name, phone number, web address, etc. 

Please, Microsoft person,contact me so I can turn  my notes over to you to follow up protecting your name & our safety as best as possible and "contend removed: please don't cures  thank you"

    I have now malwarebytes pro + norton vpn on my phone &  tab 3.  On my others Nord vpn.

    Thanks for all the suggestions I have received, great community.

    Hi yes i messed up i thought the call was from a well known co that i have been doing with for yesrs I deleted all access to my computer. The person had a accent i suspect Indian. I ctcd my virus protection to help me clean up the mess. I no longer do business with that co. However they are still calling daily. The noise was a red square loud alarm advising me to not shut down the computer otherwise my personal data,including passwords would be compromised. Darn scammers

    Me too . Same its not microsoft. Microsoft nor police can help. Clean and delete any suspicious apps. Do not give control of your computer. Like i did last summer

     Try to purchase a virus protection. Scammers still calling daily

    803-620-8242

    Female reportedly calling me informing me who she is and that she works for Windows.  Also informing me that someone is trying to steal my identity.

    When she instructed me to go onto www.helpme.net (Apple scam appeared) and she hung up.

    Please look into this.
