HELP!

I want to report a phonecall/scam I received - this one last night - supposedly from Microsoft.  I want these crooks nailed to the wall.  I can't figure out how to contact a human in the Microsoft empire to give the specifics I gleaned from my caller.  Hopefully, a Microsoft personage will email me back as this is not my 1st scam by phone (my CELL PHONE!) or by EMAIL from India trying to get me to follow her 7 steps to clearing my laptop of a bunch of "vicious viruses".  I got her name, phone number, web address, etc.

Please, Microsoft person, contact me so I can turn  my notes over to you to follow up protecting your name & our safety as best as possible and "contend removed: please don't cures  thank you"

THANK YOU!!

R. A. Malloy

Same here big red screen with a loud alarm saying this is Microsoft and your computer has been compromised and do not turn off your computer. I unplug everything and shut down its not Dell they are using a dell # I guess maybe spoofing, phishing as these folks removed my virus protection my fault as the 1st time I thought it was for real what the heck was I thinking? Not with my head that's for sure.  Receiving 3 calls weekly for over 3 months and wondering when the heck is Microsoft going to at lease do or try to catch these crooks.  the caller id  say 800 service 877 218 1087 many complaints even from FCC. Oh well I wish I knew what to do besides maybe calling to see if I can change my ip address that will not work. Its harassment. 3 calls weekly. Ok time to continue to file a complaint as I cannot find a phone # for microsoft only a virtual agent that keeps telling me he or she is in training its only been 3 months and still in training what a waste of time. Oh my head getting a headache just talking about this mess. Good luck seems like no help for users anywhere so frustrated

Yes I agree advising me that I need to pay or else Microsoft would be removed from my computer. I reported these jerks 3 months ago to all companies involved and nothing is being done they are Indians probably lost their jobs at  Dell Techs as they keep saying they are calling from Dell. Yep stupid me answered and continued with the conversation giving them access to my IP address and I could hear females , males in the back saying the same words.'Mam you need to purchase a new computer and can I have your credit card that is when I hung up. Now every time,  weekly calls at least 3. they even turned off my security mode. when I receive the call saying its dell I immediately disconnect my computer unplug everything all of a sudden I get this big red screen saying its Microsoft with a loud alarm with a phone # to call I didn't get the entire # but I have many calls from this # caller id  800 service 877 218 1087. This  has been reported to the FCC and many complaints on line I checked google hmm sick of them too exploiting my personal data. I have reported this over and over again and wondering why the heck isn't anyone doing anything about these frigging  crooks. They are using Dell computer answering service and its not dell nor Microsoft just darn thieves. I guess we are in the world of thieve. Hopefully someone will read as I have replied to most of the complaints. Still looking for a # to call Microsoft I keep getting the darn virtual agent. saying " I am new in training" I just told the vitual agent wow you have been in training for over 3 months and no thank you this is a serious situation people are being scammed paying for a new computer. all I can say is dam sick of this crap

Me too every week these people (Indiana) keep calling Robo caller stating my computer is at risk. I reported this problem 3 months ago yep I thought it was Dell. What was I thinking how stupid I gave them access to my Ip address and every week 2-3 calls. I told dell not to call me anymore I will call them. I also reported to my anti virus protection. What happened is the scammer turned off my virus protection and every time I am reading e-mail a big red screen appears with a loud alarm warning me not to turn off my computer as my computer is at risk. Why doesn't Microsoft do something? I googled the # which caller id displays 800 service 877 218 1087 this # has been reported to the FCC and others are complaining. I am ready to go back to writing my correspondence and using my phone to call people. Nothing is safe anymore. Not even google I am sick and tired of these big companies sharing my personal information. Right safe search who are they kidding. nothing is safe
