Nokia Lumia 610 - can't connect to wifi

I have 2 lumia phones: Lumia 530 and Lumia 640. Both phones will not connect to my home WiFi, no matter what I do. I have:

• updated the OS in both phones - 530 using Windows 8.1 update and the 640 using Windows 8.1 update 2,
• updated the firmware on my router,
• read all the Internet instructions and hints on fixing the WiFi issue,
• rebooted my phones repeatedly,
• rebooted my router repeatedly.

I am unable to find 'specific IP' on my phones to turn that off. I have spent days on trying to solve this problem.

My computer, my Xbox One and my Android phone connect immediately to the router - either wireless or via ethernet cable.

There must be a massive problem with the Lumia phones, and it must be software. 

If there is anyone out there who might have a sensible, no time wasting (as I've already spent much too much time) and easy solution to this problem I would appreciate you replying to my post.

As a last comment, I advise anyone out there thinking of buying a Nokia/Microsoft Windows phone not to do it. Learn from my experience.

Pls. help. I can't connect to my wifi at home. all of us using other phones can connect but my lumia can't. upon checking my router settings, there is no problem, and also i consulted my internet provider about that. i can connect to other wifi,but never at home., what seems to be the problem? i am very disappointed about it. i just bought my phone about 3 days ago and i can't enjoy it.

Same  Problem is with my Phone 

Nokia Lumia 625 

when its turn on .. its shows not for resale in RED color 

and not detecting SIM and not connecting with WIFI too 

I have tried 

1. Hard Reset -> but it have same problem 
2. Windows recovery tool -> in this tool .. my phone is unable  to Read by tool its show details that product code or product type not found !!  So i was not able to rectify more 
3. Nokia recovery tool -> its shows that this program .. is not use for this device 
4. Zune pc suite -> i thought may be i can use this tool to install some apps and try to work it but its also not detcting 

Now tell what to do next 

is there any proper way to fix thi Nokia Lumia 625 Not for Resale Proble !!!

A related but slightly different problem:  

My phone started showing NO wireless networks anywhere in the Searching.... function, and would not conned to any networks, including the known wireless router four inches away.  (out of range?!)  The wifi map showed no networks near me; just some near where I had been days ago -- presumably when the phone's wifi died.   When I went back to those locations, the wifi hotspots dropped off the map.

A reboot - pressing both buttons, sliding down to power off, waiting a few minutes to turn it back on  - worked, while connected to laptop via USB and bluetooth.  I had also deleted my router from the "Manage WIFI" function, but this was likely unnecessary, as other networks reappeared without requiring deletion.

Mhm. All Wi-Fi devices must be turned off. Otherwise we cannot test correctly. If you have too many Wi-Fi devices at home, please, try at home of one of your acquaintances.
