2014-07-22T21:58:26+00:00 Hello Helene_C
I personally have provided ample information and samples regarding this issue.
Please check out my PRIVATE MESSAGES in these posts - - -
WLMail bastardizes the email before it is sent, includes all pictures as attachments at the top of the message, and completely destroys the original layout.
It is obvious to me that this issue will never be resolved.
Tom
Hi Tom,
I agree with your opinion that this problem in WLMail never wil be solved.
Maybe the person who can solve the problem is one of the 18.000 Microsoft employees who get sacked...
The best way to send pictures is nowadays is send them by snailmail ;-))

2014-08-01T10:25:45+00:00 In my current Windows Live Mail, which has been "reinstalled, repaired" and a series of "Clean Disk" has been applied to my PC, when I try to use "Import Photo Album", or try to "View Slide Show" sent to me, I end up having to save the photos one at a time to my disk where I can open them. Similarly, attachments do not open and please do not try to assume I believe you when you say "You have changed our protection for our sakes" ... Bull! I have a phone program that used to send me eMails with the message attached. Recently, those messages, along with any other attachments WILL NO LONGER OPEN unless I save them to a file on the PC and then open them from there.
I had assumed that MS was working cooperatively with us, but somehow, I am getting a distinct message that it is more "Do it our way ... no other way will be tolerated".
Thank You,
Paul-Wesley Bowen

2014-08-01T10:30:08+00:00 And I also have to say "Nope". Further, a lot of the perks that MS promised when we went to Mail, Calendar, etc., are not working. My calendar notifications still get sent .5 hours before the actual event. That is after I have already started prepping and working on other things so I don't see the "notification" until I have either missed the event or I come home from it, having had a notification from my cell phone that is far superior and more accurate.
Windows MS is beginning to really go down the dumpster.
