when I go and forward an email that I just recived that has photos in it it will not send the photos with the email... A message comes up from Windows Live Mail...... one or more of the pictures in this message could not be found when you send these pictures will not be included. are you sure you want to send this message....this happens with all my emails that have been sent to me when I try to forward to others it will not send pictures with the forward email and I am using Windows Live Mail...

I understand that you need to send or forward emails with photos. Since this issue is still under investigation, we would like to ask some information from you so that we could further investigate and isolate the causes.
- Please verify that the software to view/ open attachment is installed on the PC (MS Office, Java/Flash, Adobe, etc.).
- Are you able to send the email with photos online or by going to mail.live.com?
- Does it happen with all attachments, or only with a particular type?
- Can you provide us screenshot of the exact error that you encountered in Windows Live Mail?

2014-07-04T21:14:57+00:00 I read the problem is with Windows 7 and probably 8. If you want to delete 7 for an older version it would work. I believe this to be true because two people who send me email I can't forward the pics sometimes have older pc's and are not computer literate.

WLMail bastardizes the email before it is sent, includes all pictures as attachments at the top of the message, and completely destroys the original layout.
It is obvious to me that this issue will never be resolved.

Helen C just asks questions but gives no answers.
It is obvious Helen C does not use Windows Live Mail at her work or at home, I would suggest she gets a PC running a Windows operating system with WLM on it and sends some photos to a similarly equipped colleague to each other.
