cannot forward emails with photos

Hi PLW76...I am HelpJean(2) and also (1) don't know how I did that... I am glad that you posted.. My Grandson has been trying to get me to use Mozilla Foxfire for several years makes me sad that I did not listen to him... I was so disappointed in MS for not letting us know what is going on with their program Windows Live Mail...but I can say that I am happy that I dropped them and am using another program...and you are right they forced that mail on us... ... Folks, I have been reading all of your comments and the fact you were offered no solutions to this dilemma...I too have had this problem since buying my computer with the Windows OS 7....I solved my problem out of frustration, by bypassing microsoft all together....I have always used Mozilla Foxfire as my browser, and tried their email client (Thunderbird) yrs ago, but always went back to outlook express, that I loved all of these yrs....BUT, since they for some reason did away with that, and forced this stupid Windows live mail on us, I downloaded Thunderbird yesterday, and am now able to forward the emails with the pictures on them to my friends....It was simple, very easy to navigate, and so I say, goodbye to live mail, you just died and I buried you.......Why can't microsoft ever do anything to satisfy the customer?? If it ain't broke, don't fix it..... I will stick to Thunderbird....

Commenting on IncredMail 2.0 This program has proved to be loaded with Spyware. I had the Smiley program installed a couple years ago... total nightmare. Good Luck..

I purchased and used IncrediMail for probably close to 10 years. Earlier this year, I very reluctantly stopped using it. I discovered 14 hijacking files associated with their program. Also received an alert my browser was being redirected. Even after removing them using anti-malware, I still found an add-on lurking in my browsers, masquerading as a "web assistant". The hijacking files are re-installed every time IncrediMail is opened. Do not use this product unless you like your web browsing manipulated by IncrediMail. They need to clean up their act.
