cannot forward emails with photos

I've just found this thread as I too have been tearing my hair out trying to send photos within the email or to forward photos on. It seems that it is impossible in Windows Live Mail. I hate it! this horrible email system has been foisted on us. I bought a new laptop earlier this year and Live Mail is driving me nuts! Why did they abandon Outlook Express - I'm so annoyed. I don't want to waste hours and hours trying to do what Outlook did at the press of a button.

I think I too will change to Mozilla!

Went to Mozilla Thunderbird... It does what I want.... Good luck....

Like others, I have read this whole thread looking for a solution to the picture forwarding problem.  We've had it on 2 new desktops and a new laptop, all with Windows 7.  We hate 7 and we hate Windows Live Mail.  Everyone I know who uses it has the same problem with pictures, and the MS 'experts' do not seem to come up with a solution, at least not one they can explain to us technology challenged users.  I  cannot believe a company as large as Microsoft can have such a problem for so long and not even acknowledge it.

I've read this whole thread and was hoping to find an answer. I use the web version of Hotmail and can send  forwards but the imbedded pictures won't send with it. I'm hoping they come up with an answer. I am using the new Outlook type hotmail.

Hi PLW76...I am HelpJean(2) and also (1) don't know how I did that... I am glad that you posted.. My Grandson has been trying to get me to use Mozilla Foxfire for several years makes me sad that I did not listen to him... I was so disappointed in MS for not letting us know what is going on with their program Windows Live Mail...but I can say that I am happy that I dropped them and am using another program...and you are right they forced that mail on us... ... Hi HelpJean..Your message was a little confusing to me, but then, it doesn't take much....LOL...I am a 76 yr young gal, that has always been infatuated with electronics (Inherited from my father the electrician), and have had a computer since early 1980's.....I love them, I love trying to figure out programs and such, and have been pretty darned good at it if I must say so myself.....LOL...I think I saw that you went to incredamail?? I used that yrs ago too and it is a fun email client, but I soon learned there was too much spyware, and virus''s involved with that site so after getting bit by some of that, and almost having to shoot my computer to get rid of it, I finally got it straighted up, and never went back to them again....So I hope you don't get bitten by all of that....Foxfire is a very secure browser, and I am trusting that Thunderbird is as well....I am enjoying it very much, and until I find a reason to not like it, I will stick with it.....IF MS were to bring back the old OE I would probably go back to it....Good luck Jean....OH andd Foxfire and TB are both very easy to download if you ever decide to give it a try....
