Original Title: Microsoft Solitaire Collection - Buggy, Crashes, and Resets Stats and Challenges

I'm having a terrible time with the Solitaire Collection for Windows 8. It frequently crashes, and now, for the second time THIS MONTH, it has reset my "Daily Challenges" to zero and wiped out all my achievements and coins. Oddly, when I go back to try to do them over, it says I've already done the challenge once, so I can't even re-earn the coins I lost!

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it hasn't helped... nothing changed.

Often, if I click on a game or challenge, the app will just shut down and take me to my Windows Start screen.

I'm very disappointed with this buggy card game collection. I wish I could just have my Windows 7 card games back. :(

I am having the same problem with The Microsoft Solitaire App on Windows 10. New PC less than a month old. In the middle of a Spider Sol game the screen goes blank, after a few minutes the PC restarts. Sounds like the bugs in 8 has carried over into 10.

I also went into the task manager and the cpu was running about 95% and then I close the solitaire collection and the cpu went down to about 10%. So this app is causing the game to hang, the computer is still working fine. The game and the MS store must be trying to download another stupid KC commercial.LOL

Anyway they have a problem and it is not a metered problem or the proxy server.

Nothing seems to work on my computers.  I don't know if my experiences are the same.  On my computers, the program starts to "hang" after a while.  When I go to task manager, the entire CPU is up to capacity, but it immediately starts to free up.  THEN...I'll have a short use of the program before it hangs again.

    Is this what you're experiencing?

My problems are different to yours.  On all three of my Win 10/64  machines, a PC, a SurfacePro3 and a Toshiba, the program opens then simply vanishes after about 6 seconds.  It works properly immediately after installation but only once.

Please  see the internet setting  is not in proxy.

I have seen this stated many times but it does not fix the problem, at least not with my three computers.
