“Microsoft Solitaire Collection” game crashes with the error.

thought I would have no problems , I changed to a new comp. win.10 I regret it ever since.I have the same problems with solitare collection   Started with the mouse not doing what i want  After i completed all games solved I lost them I could not load because it stops before it finish. Now we are a couple 80year old Our only pleasure  is playing solitare. We find that we cannot find anything anymore The same way we were used to It is a shame that microsoft had to change Winxp to a page full of adds trying to trick you to join some app. After saying all that I cannot say if i would loose other apps because I am still learning how to find the icons So i have not tried them yet. Very very disappointed

Original Title: Microsoft Solitaire Collection - Buggy, Crashes, and Resets Stats and Challenges

I'm having a terrible time with the Solitaire Collection for Windows 8. It frequently crashes, and now, for the second time THIS MONTH, it has reset my "Daily Challenges" to zero and wiped out all my achievements and coins. Oddly, when I go back to try to do them over, it says I've already done the challenge once, so I can't even re-earn the coins I lost!

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it hasn't helped... nothing changed.

Often, if I click on a game or challenge, the app will just shut down and take me to my Windows Start screen.

I'm very disappointed with this buggy card game collection. I wish I could just have my Windows 7 card games back. :(

I have the same problem on windows 10, I did like this collection but to sit and have a bit of entertainment Mahjong also has the same problem fed up now think I will just give up it is so annoying, also microsoft keeps asking me to verify my pc until I do this pc won't sync they put a suggested e-mail for me to confirm so as they can send me a number I have put one in and it seems to accept it but the trouble is it is I can't remember password I havn't used it for years so I have put another e-mail in and now it is saying it will take 30 days to verify....what a load of hassle. The whole system has gone stupid.so many problems shame really because I actually like windows 10!!!!!!!????
