Original Title: Microsoft Solitaire Collection - Buggy, Crashes, and Resets Stats and Challenges

I'm having a terrible time with the Solitaire Collection for Windows 8. It frequently crashes, and now, for the second time THIS MONTH, it has reset my "Daily Challenges" to zero and wiped out all my achievements and coins. Oddly, when I go back to try to do them over, it says I've already done the challenge once, so I can't even re-earn the coins I lost!

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it hasn't helped... nothing changed.

Often, if I click on a game or challenge, the app will just shut down and take me to my Windows Start screen.

I'm very disappointed with this buggy card game collection. I wish I could just have my Windows 7 card games back. :(

I have been playing Microsoft games for a long long time with no problem. Just suddenly this week, It will only let me play as a guest. This way it doesn't let you save scores. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.I get a message to sign but when I try it will not go. Just says signing in , but just keeps showing the little circle going around.  Help!!

Do I now need to sign in thru Xbox?

I just logged on and only have 250 points. I had over 2 million this morning. Where did they all go?

I am playing with Windows 10.  Have made it to Diamond and with only a day left the reading says I'm not attached to the internet when I am!  How do I get around this.  It happens to often.

Go to the start page. Right click on the tile that reads Microsoft Solitaire. Then click on uninstall.

Google Microsoft Solitaire. Download what you want.

Neither suggestion worked.  It just says the Microsoft Store cache is corrupted or damaged and does not fix the issue.  How do you delete and reinstall the cache????????
