“Microsoft Solitaire Collection” game crashes with the error.

I'm having a terrible time with the Solitaire Collection for Windows 8. It frequently crashes, and now, for the second time THIS MONTH, it has reset my "Daily Challenges" to zero and wiped out all my achievements and coins. Oddly, when I go back to try to do them over, it says I've already done the challenge once, so I can't even re-earn the coins I lost!

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it hasn't helped... nothing changed.

Often, if I click on a game or challenge, the app will just shut down and take me to my Windows Start screen.

I'm very disappointed with this buggy card game collection. I wish I could just have my Windows 7 card games back. :(

I have the same problem with the solitaire golf game when I get close to winning it cuts out & I have to start again so annoying

when i try to play the daily challenges on microsoft solitaire,  it won't pull up for me. 2 cards spin and then cuts back to main computer screen.

I am so sorry to play this game I always have to start over again. Is there a way to get to my game without starting all over again.

Solitaire game is already on display then it gets interrupted with St. Jude Hospital advertisement and after that it logs off completely.
