Nokia Lumia 800 won't connect to Zune.

Everytime i connect my phone to my computer the Zune software starts up.

However, it comes up with an error message saying 'Can't connect your phone, disconnect it, restart it and retry it'

I have restarted my phone and retried it 5 times, i've restarted my laptop 5 times and it still won't connect!

I found this in internet:

"The solution is the date.

 I you change your date time to tomorrow it works. I think it is a problem with the leap year."

    No idea all these answers have come dead suddenly but I've had problems with my mothers Nokia Lumia 800 since she bought it a few months ago!

    have tried most of the above ..have had no problem with any phones before, including my previous nokia
