Nokia Lumia 800 won't connect to Zune.

Everytime i connect my phone to my computer the Zune software starts up.

However, it comes up with an error message saying 'Can't connect your phone, disconnect it, restart it and retry it'

I have restarted my phone and retried it 5 times, i've restarted my laptop 5 times and it still won't connect!

"The solution is the date.

I you change your date time to tomorrow it works. I think it is a problem with the leap year."

My guess is there was a windows update last night that seems to be causing issues today!?

Same problem here. Initially I could connect Lumia to Zune in my PC. Then I factory reset the phone and pass it to my wife. She signed in with her Live ID and connected to her machine. Then she has this connection error. Followed http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2468307 and still does not work. Tried to connect the phone back to my PC and still same error.

I'm getting the same problem. I'm running Windows 7, everything up-to-date. Strange thing: when I tried to cennect it a while ago, just when I bought my phone, and it worked just fine. Now after I reinstalled windows I'm getting this "Can't connect your phone, disconnect it, restart it and retry it"

Tried the proposed site, nothing works :(
