Nokia Lumia 800 won't connect to Zune.

Everytime i connect my phone to my computer the Zune software starts up.

However, it comes up with an error message saying 'Can't connect your phone, disconnect it, restart it and retry it'

I have restarted my phone and retried it 5 times, i've restarted my laptop 5 times and it still won't connect!

I you change your date time to tomorrow it works. I think it is a problem with the leap year."

nothing helped, all updates are up to date, tried everything, spent 2,5 hours on the phone with nokia and they could not help. NOKIA.........................................never again

Oh, and another possible difference.

My Windows 7 user has a password. I've read that some people started to have problems when added a password to its Windows user account.

Is anyone being able to connect a Lumia 800 to Zune, using a Windows user that has a password?

I tried, but there is no way I can do anything. Using certmgr.msc, if I go to "Certificates - Current User" --> "Personal", I don't see any certificate in there. That folder has always been empty, for me. Before and after connecting the phone, without and with Zune.

Today I tried all this:
- I created a brand new Windows Live ID, with a brand new hotmail account, and did not link the Windows Live ID to any other email account.
- I created a brand new Zune account, linked to the new Live ID. That worked ok.
- I reset the Nokia Lumia 800 to its factory settings (reset it, deleting all my data on it).
- I set up the wifi in my phone, and then logged in to my brand new Live ID. That worked ok.
- On my PC, I went back (with Acronis TrueImage) to an image previous to the installation of Zune. Before anything of that ever existed.
- Installed Zune on it, and signed in to the new Live ID account. That was also ok.
- Having Zune running, and signed in, I connected my phone. It gave me the damn connection error.
- I uninstalled Zune, reinstalled it, and then signed in again. Restarted the phone, and connected it. Still, gave me the error.
- I tried some other USB ports. Same error there. Those USB 2.0 ports are working perfectly with, for instance, an external hard disk.
- I always get to see the phone drivers installed correctly (I see a "Nokia Lumia 800" portable device at the device manager). It is Zune what is failing. The damn connection error.
So, this really is an impossible mission for me. The only differences I can think of, between my setup and yours, is that I'm in Spain, and both my phone and my Zune account are set up to be in Spanish (??). Other than that, I don't see any other difference.

On Monday, I'll try to contact Nokia, again.
