I have a Gateway ZX6971 all in one touch screen. I recently downloaded the windows 8 release preview and i cant find anyway to get my touch screen capabilities working again. Is there a way to fix this problem? I tried reintalling the Card Reader Driver and try to open some touch programs in capability mode. Is there anything I can do to do my touch screen back? It worked fine in Windows 7. Any help or advice would be great! Thank you!

This issue may be a display driver issue. I checked Gateway's website for available drivers for the ZX6971 and there are no Windows 8 drivers. Use the contact us link here to see when or if drivers will be available to support Windows 8 on your computer.

I am having the same problem with my Gateway ZX6971 and I'm not using the beta version
Mine was working with the Preview version but ONLY after I did a clean install. I just downloaded the Pro version and upgraded and it quit working. I will reinstall from scratch as I did before.
