My Mom's Windows XP Computer is overall slow, freezing & locking up mostly all the time. I don't have the money right now to pay for Premium Support through Microsoft to get it fixed. Can anybody please help me get this issue resolved immediately! It's been like this for a while. I just want my mom's computer to run normally like any other computer would. Please! Let me know. I appreciate it. Thanks.

Since there is overlap between Shenan's and my directions and AND since mine were tailored for your situation, I believe you should follow my instructions. When Elizabeth23 returns, she will surely instruct you to do anything important I may have forgotten.
