Windows XP Computer Overall Slow, Freezing & Locking Up.

My Mom's Windows XP Computer is overall slow, freezing & locking up mostly all the time. I don't have the money right now to pay for Premium Support through Microsoft to get it fixed. Can anybody please help me get this issue resolved immediately! It's been like this for a while. I just want my mom's computer to run normally like any other computer would. Please! Let me know. I appreciate it. Thanks.

    I just did the Malwarebytes and the SuperAntiSpyware.

    You mean trying to do Disk Defragmenter? I did that a couple of months ago. I haven't done a Disk Cleanup yet.
