for BOTH CPU and Mem Usage. Simply click CPU (probably two clicks) so that the highest numbers are at the top. Then click Mem Usage (probably two clicks) so that the highest numbers are at the top.
Also, if you have not done so already, you really should turn off and disable indexing:

Finally, let's determine if your hard drive transfer mode has slipped from DMA to PIO.
