Hi,

  1. What is the complete server error message you get when you trying to play online bingo?
  2. Are you facing the issue only when you try to play online bingo?
  3. Which browser are you using to play online bingo?
  4. Have you made any changes prior to this issue?
  5. Are you using a wired or wireless internet connection?

If you are using Internet explorer to play online bingo then you may refer the following methods.

Method 2:

You may follow the steps mentioned below and check if it helps.

Step 1:

You may try to boot the computer in Safe mode with networking.

    I totally agree.  The website is useless.  This keeps on happening and Microsoft does nothing to fix it.

    I've been trying off and on all day in Windows 10 as well and keep getting the same problem on Bingo.  None of the other Windows games are having this problem - only Bingo.  Fix it!!!

    This bingo problem with the server has been going on for quite a while.  I would think Microsoft likes to keep customers happy and satisfied but there are thousands of players who enjoy Bingo and Microsoft doesn't seem to be doing anything to fix the problem.
