  1. What is the complete server error message you get when you trying to play online bingo?
  2. Are you facing the issue only when you try to play online bingo?
  3. Which browser are you using to play online bingo?
  4. Have you made any changes prior to this issue?
  5. Are you using a wired or wireless internet connection?

You may follow the steps mentioned below and check if it helps.

Step 1:

    Perhaps you need to hire some more smarter techs as no one there seems to know what they are doing as to fixing this problem concerning the site of Microsoft BINGO  

    All I want to do is to play the game that I have been playing for many months.

    WHY can't YOU fix this problem.

    I know it can't be that much of a "BIG DEAL" to do this simple FIX.

    Why are you all replying to an email I sent a year ago. I can't fix a damn thing. You need to tell Microsoft.

    In addition when I try to go to the site MS says to go to, http://aka.ms/msbingost, Norton Security says do NOT go there!
