Hi,

  1. What is the complete server error message you get when you trying to play online bingo?
  2. Are you facing the issue only when you try to play online bingo?
  3. Which browser are you using to play online bingo?
  4. Have you made any changes prior to this issue?
  5. Are you using a wired or wireless internet connection?

If you are using Internet explorer to play online bingo then you may refer the following methods.

You may follow the steps mentioned below and check if it helps.

Step 1:

You may try to boot the computer in Safe mode with networking.

    Nothing we do resolves the problem the problem is micro soft don,t pay enough to keep people who can do the job!!!!!!

    Get to work , stop the coffee breaks and bathroom breaks and fix this problem.

    In addition when I try to got the website MS says to go to, http://aka.ms/msbingost, Norton Security tells me NOT  to go to that site!

    AGAIN     NO  Problem STIll exists

    What is the big deal in fixing this problem

    Don't say it is the weather.

    It is is way below freezing here in Kansas and we all would like to play games on computer.

    BUT  Microsoft is stopping us from doing so.   WHY   You can't be broke.  Hire some people who know what they are doing and fix this issue ASAP               THANK  YOU VERY MUCH
