Hi Jayelham,
Thank you for the updates.
I have mistakenly wrote Windows 7 drivers. Sorry for that.
You need to install Windows 8 drivers only.
Did you try the other steps provided in the previous post?
If the issue persists, you may also try the following steps and check.
Method 1:
Disable third party anti-virus software
If you have any third party anti-virus program installed on the computer, then disable the anti-virus program and check.
**Important Note:**Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
Method 2:
Disable proxy connection
If you use any proxy connection, then follow the steps to disable proxy:
a. Click the Gearbox at the top right corner in Internet Explorer.
b. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
c. Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings.
d. Uncheck the Use a proxy server for your LAN box.
e. Click Ok.
Hope the information helps. Let us know if you need further assistance with Windows related issues. We will be happy to help.
