IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL blue screen

i just got 2 blue screens again... they just pop up every time i play 3D Games :\

But i just updated my Video Drivers :S

and these codes don't help me at all

i also checked the dump files with BS View

red are: portcls.sys, p17.sys, ntkrnlpa.exe, halmacpi.dll,

and on the other dump: ntkrnlpa.exe, win32k.sys

even got a dump with: dxgmms1.sys but that was before installing new video drivers, didn't get that one since :\ also cdd.dll

i hope anyone can help me

the PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50) is caused by the AVG driver:

Try to get an Update for AVG.

i did the windows 7 ram test and it didn't find anything o:

since i don't have the possibility to burn an iso atm :S

should i still do the memtest 86+? i had some problems with my first and second ram slots ( also because they were next to the CPU and got pretty hot.. )

so i had to move my ram to slot 3 and 4 ( wich work fine in dual channel too ) - and since then i didn't have obvious ram issues anymore.

so, should i still do the memtest86+ y/n ?

then i'd have to find a way to boot it without a cd or usb stick .

Didn't get another bluescreen (yet) just normal came crashes ( like game doesn't react anymore and closes ) but no BSoD yet.. tho i think it's too early to say they are gone.

It wont let me install the newest driver from the crative homepage because it's telling me the ones windows 7 installs are newer =\

And after deinstalling the current SB Live! 24-bit drivers it's telling me it can't detect a soundcard of that type :|

edit:\ - wow, after tons of bluescreens ( without error messages but still caused by the soundcard cuz i got a bluescreen while installing it ) i finaly got it installed and working ( till now )

before i didn't even have sound anymore or it crashed after a few minutes :S

i had to deinstall the Graphiccard drivers + the soundcard drivers and then install the soundcard first followed by the graphic card drivers :S

this is getting so confusing...

i'll test this now.

Hi Basti,

yes you can remove the dumps.

If the drivers and the AVG program is the latets version it may aslo be a RAM issue. So try to run memtest86+.

There is no update for my virus scanner tho i got the premium version =\ ... guess i have to wait for one then.

could it be possible that " Image name: atikmdag.sys" got fixed when i installed the ATI Chipset drivers?

also i downloaded new sound blaster live! 24-bit drivers - ( the newest ones from the crative homepage )

but it told me the drivers i got on my system are newer than the latest from their homepage :S how can that be?

got kinda confused there - where does Win7 get the drivers from if it's newer then the one Crative has?
