Near the scrolling wheel is a dpi button, which also can be used to switch
between normal and media mode by holding it for 3 seconds. In the media mode
the wheel controls the volume and does not scroll.

Original Title: Mouse scroll wheel only adjusts the volume. How do I get it to scroll pages again?
Using wireless mouse (Silvercrest MTS2218-m with win 7 x64) and scroll wheel no longer scrolls page up and down in any program. It only adjusts the volume. How do I get it to scroll pages again?
Have already checked settings in control panel>mouse nothing obvious there to change this annoying feature. And have already uninstalled mouse driver in device manager but no change. have also shut down and started up laptop several times.

1. Have you checked whether the mouse works fine on a different system?
Try to connect the device to a different computer and then check.
If the issue persists, I would suggest you to contact manufacturer for further assistance.

2017-06-27T09:06:06+00:00 i don't got a bluetooth mouse and had this problem to my mouse is BEMBIRO and i had changed the color on my mouse but the settings changed when you change the color so you can try but keep it on 1 color its works for me :)
