I tried to D/L KB3135445 and this did not work. I suggest Contacting Support by Phone. Problem Solved.

I tried EVERYTHING to make updates work. Did exactly what Bryab did and BOOM updates are listed. Thanks.

Install the Windows 7 update package KB3135445 is. After this installation can be solved your problem. Download address: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3135445

Set automatic updates to "Never check for updates", reboot and try again. Regards, VZ

Problem solved.

It was my internet connection!! I logged onto my neighbors via wireless unsecured (ssh... don't tell lol), and within 30 seconds, 77 updates came through!

It has to be something in my network.
