In Windows Phone7 There is no option for transfer contacts to SIM Card.
Its only possible in privious version of windows phone like 6.5 & lower version.

Hi,
After signing in on the phone, you will be able to sync contacts to and from Windows Live. Any time you add a contact to your phone, you can store it on Windows Live. Plus, any contacts imported from a SIM card are backed up too. You can manage contacts on Windows Live contacts from their PC at contacts.live.com.

Are your contacts not at contacts.live.com where you can sync them with any 'phone that lets you set up a Hotmail account? (Certainly any Android 'phone or iPhone - or, worst case, any 'phone with a browser should let you view them.)

MANY, MANY people have asked here why they can't save their contacts to a SIM card on a Windows Phone. The Microsoft team have directed them to Windows Live/gmail/Hotmail/cloud, etc. But there still hasn't been a coherent reply why saving to a SIM card isn't possible to do on a current Windows Phone. There are numerous reasons why people don't want their contact details online, security, personal issues, access to a computer, etc. I'm on the road a lot and want a phone for business and personal contacts, most of this time I don't have (nor do I want) access to a computer. But I want to use my contact list, which I do extensively. What happens if my phone malfunctions when I'm far from home? The way things are now I can't visit the nearest office of my telco provider, borrow a loan phone, move the SIM card and carry on. It may not be possible to stuff around with online access to retrieve my contacts from Windows Live/gmail/Hotmail/cloud, etc. Nor do I want to. What I want to do is save my contacts to the SIM card in the phone and move that card where I want to move it to. At the moment it's to an Android phone, which is proving extremely difficult.
Microsoft, saving to a SIM card was possible up to version 6.5, why has this feature been discontinued? The fact you have chosen to ignore the many requests on this and other threads on this subject is testament to why so many of us are choosing to ditch our Windows Phones.

2014-06-28T22:17:56+00:00 Step 2 - I am going to enjoy watching my phone sink when I throw it in the canal. A windows phone will be a one off purchase. Its is the worst operating system ever and it deserves to fail. Thanks for the heads up tho on the gmail contact transfer. Thats what I will do when I get my Android based phone. Which will be soon ,as I will be buying out my contract in the next couple of weeks. I have never detested anything more than I do my windows phone
