Hi. I have found a solution to fix everyone's problems, however this should only be used as a final resort. This is because it will, unless you choose to create a backup, delete all personal files in your computer. If you are alright with this, as I was,
here is what you must do.
1: (You will need another computer for this. It can be any Windows or Mac version and any Bit) Search Google for 'Windows Media Creation Tool'. I will not provide a link, as the site is constantly updated, however it is not a third party program. You download
it directly from the Microsoft wedsite, so follow those type of links.
2: Once you have downloaded and installed the program, select > create installation media, and go through the options until you find the two options that say Download to USB, or find ISO file. If the computer has an ISO, use that. You will need a blank disc
for this. Note: the ISO will be the version and Bit of the Windows being used to get this ISO. If not, choose USB. This is a 3.7 GB download, so I reccomend an 8GB USB.
3: Turn in the computer (the one that is not working, that is) insert the USB or disc, and turn it back off. Now turn it on again, and it should automatically boot. If not, then on the first screen you see, which will display the manufacturer of your computer
or the motherboard system, you want to hit the key that it specifies to open 'boot menu' or something along the lines of this. From there, select the USB or Disc using arrow keys and the enter button. Now just follow the steps it tells you to when it loads
the setup for Windows. Note: you will likely have to click 'custom installation' and 'erase all' otherwise it may not do anything.
So in simpler words:
1: Download media creation tool
2: Download or Copy ISO to USB or disc respectively.
3: insert disc/USB into non-working computer
4: should auto boot disc/USB. If not, refer to step 3 that I listed earlier (the big paragraph)
please message me back if you need any help or clarification on my instructions. Hope this helps guys 😀
