how do I open the DVD/CD driver to insert a disk?

When I found how to do it in a help section, it just says to open the driver. Well that's my question "How to open the driver to insert a disk?

A "driver" is software, you can't insert a disk into it.

Do you mean the CD/DVD disk drive?

There should be a button on the front of the computer next to the DVD drive, it's usually on the right side. Some cases hide it, but there should be an area to push. After you push the button the DVD drive should open.

    1.  Push the button on the CD/DVD drive door

    OR

    2.  Press the Windows Logo key and the E key at the same time to open "Computer," then right-click on your CD/DVD drive (under "Devices with Removable Storage") and select "Eject"

    I tried looking for a button on the side of the disc import but it just shows a empty spot. Probably  there used to be one there?
