how do I open the DVD/CD driver to insert a disk?

When I found how to do it in a help section, it just says to open the driver. Well that's my question "How to open the driver to insert a disk?

A "driver" is software, you can't insert a disk into it.

Do you mean the CD/DVD disk drive?

There should be a button on the front of the computer next to the DVD drive, it's usually on the right side. Some cases hide it, but there should be an area to push. After you push the button the DVD drive should open.

    This is ridiculous I too have no idea how to open DVD/CD drive.... There is NO BUTTON. I've had this computer since Nov/2014 and have tried everything.. NO ANSWER yet???

    There is a button. You just haven't found it. Ask the drive's
    manufacturer for help.

    Look at your computer head on.  on the right will be the door for the cd (which you can't open).  On the left there seems to be nothing, and on the bottom there is another "section."  Near the bottom of the area on the left, just above the bottom "section" is a little button that blends in quite nicely with the rest of the stuff.  I only accidentally found it because I started just pushing everything, hoping it was there and I just couldn't see it.  I know this isn't technical jargon, but I hope it helps.

    When you are looking at photos on a disk where is the eject button? Some people have the cpu case under a desk where it is not so handy to search for a DVD drive button under the desk.
