When I found how to do it in a help section, it just says to open the driver. Well that's my question "How to open the driver to insert a disk?

A "driver" is software, you can't insert a disk into it.

Do you mean the CD/DVD disk drive?

There should be a button on the front of the computer next to the DVD drive, it's usually on the right side. Some cases hide it, but there should be an area to push. After you push the button the DVD drive should open.

I can't find the button for my laptop and it is very annoying because I bought disk games and I can't use them. There is a slot but I don't see any button to open it or how to use it.
