What is the BEST Registry Cleaner for Win 7  Ultimate or Pro  64 Bit version OS ?

When I search the internet  with that same Question ,,  i get  hundreds of links  and every company says it has the 100%  BEST  Registry Cleaner software  and i bet 99%  are liars !!

Microsoft  really  needs to TEST  all Registry cleaners &  make a list of the Top  5 BEST  software  for many different uses and post that list so  your Customers can  know what is the Best to use to Fix  their PC  problems .

Please !!  be Nice  and help your Customers who have bought and use your Microsoft  software ..  OK ??

    Booting of my Lenovo i5 laptop has gone from 30 seconds to 6 minutes !

    Start a new thread to troubleshoot you overlong boot. Clearly registry cleaners have not provided you with a solution!

    Where do you think the birthplace of computers was?

    If you believe that the registry is somehow connected to your slow boot time, and believe that a registry cleaner would solve the problem, and you have 40 years in IT, then I am sure you can describe the precise mechanism that leads to the issues.  How, precisely, will cleaning the registry speed up boot time?  Please show your work and be specific.
