Help to bring my icons back on the screen.

I need to bring my icons back up on my wallpaper screen. Don't know how I hid them. Can't seem to bring them back up on the screen. What do I do?

You may have accidentally hidden the icons.

To unhide desktop icons:

  1. Right-click on the desktop and open the "Arrange Icons By" sub-menu.
  2. In the sub-menu, click "Show Desktop Icons" to uncheck it.

    What is your operating system (ie Windows 10, Windows XP etc.)

    Are you using tablet? or PC?

    For PC:

    1. Right-click on the desktop
    2. Click "View"

    3. Click on "Show desktop icons"

    For tablet:

    1. Tap (touch) icon that looks like a box with two lines in it.
    2. Tap (touch) "Tablet mode"

    3. Long press the desktop until a menu appears

    1. Tap (touch) "View"

    5. Tap (touch)  "Show desktop icons"

    I understand that starter  icons do not appear on the desktop.

    What are the "starter icons" referred to in your post?

    What is your operating system (Windows 10, Windows XP etc.)

    Are you using tablet? or PC?

    Sorry, but when I click on desktop, open arrange icons does not come. It is not one of the commands.
