It will still go to sleep even it you choose never, apparently it's still broke.
I have Windows 10 and my computer does not (will not) show options at all. The screen simply says "Hybernating" and will not even shut off....sorry not to have an answer - but have an issue too.
Unfortunately this setting goes away when I reboot.
